Q.1) What are your typical shipping time?

Typical shipping times of goods received are 10-15 business days. Although most of our orders arrive within 5-7 business days, we ask that you allow 10-15 business days to receive your products

Q.2) Do you carry plus size clothing?

Yes we carry plus sized clothing. We carry plus sizes that go from sizes, 1X(14), 2X(16-18), 3X(20).

Q.3) What if my items don't fit properly?

If your items don't fit, no problem. You can exchanged your unworn items with the tags attached within 10 days of your items being received. All items can be exchanged except Final Sale Items, Swim Suites, Under Garments, & Clearance Items.

Q.4) How do I exchange my items?

Our exchange process is simple, just email us at fanceyboutiquee@gmail.com. Please include your name, order #, & the item from your order that you would like to exchange. Please leave details about your reason for exchange, & if you'd like a similar item or a gift card code. Then you'll receive a conformation email with further details for processing your exchange. Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Fancey Boutique gift card.

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return store credit once it is received by our distribution department.

Fancey Boutique is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
